Found it! I could not find box number ten, until it was suggested to me that it might be hidden underneath another box. And there it was, underneath box number 25!
So, after the initial excitement that I had received a palette, I discovered that it was a highlighter palette. Meh!
Zoeva Screen Queen Highlighting Powder Palette

Glossybox description: Filled with three velvety smooth highlighters, including a champagne, lilac and peach hue, this palette allows you to create the ultimate ethereal glow. Apply the highly-pigmented powders onto the areas of your face that light naturally hits (think cheekbones, browbones and Cupid’s bow).

Box description: Superior pigmentation. Easy to blend.
Beauty Bay website description: A three-shade highlighter palette. Velvety smooth and richly pigmented, Screen Queen Highlighting Palette is a classy addition to your collection. Channelling the glamour of old Hollywood’s beauty icons, this radiant trio blends effortlessly with the skin to deliver an enviable pearlescent finish.
Palette contains:
- Aloof Beauty – Pearlescent champagne
- Absolutely Flawless – Pearlescent lilac
- Pearls And Fine Silks – Pearlescent bronze with peach undertones
First Impressions: The colours remind me of the Huda Beauty ‘Winter Solstice’ highlighter palette we received in the Glossybox Advent Calendar two years ago. That remains barely used. There’s something about these bright colours that puts me off. It appears to be a palette which wants to be all things to all people. Unless I use the shades as eyeshadows, I doubt I would get any use out of the darker two.
Upon further investigation, this Zoeva palette was released two years ago and is no longer on the Zoeva website. Beauty Bay and Debenhams have it on sale. So is this just a filler product? I would have thought the Advent Calendar would be reserved for products which are new to the market, requiring promotion. I am a tad confused. This palette will now remain unswatched, destined to end up in a future giveaway.
